How to purchase my work:

• If you would like to purchase one of my pieces, please visit my online shop.  If you have any questions or possibly want something that is not listed, please contact me and I will get back to you quickly.

 

• I am located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.  If you would like to come to my studio, please contact me.  My studio is always open upon appointment; however, I want customers to understand that if they visit me, there is no obligation to purchase anything.

 

• All of my prices are in Canadian dollars.  I ship anywhere in the world.  Right now, I am shipping free of charge to anywhere in Canada.  I always use Express Post or Expedited Mail with Canada Post.  If you live somewhere other than Canada, please contact me for shipping rates. I calculate shipping charges per item(s) ordered and where/how quickly my customer would like them delivered. 

 

• When you see the price on my website, this does not include tax.  I charge 5% for GST and 7% for PST.  

 

• If you contact me for a purchase without using my shop, that is good too.  I use Square for credit card purchases.  As well, I can accept e-transfers into my business account.

 

• If you see that an item is SOLD, that means most likely that it is a one-of-a-kind piece.  I do not duplicate such pieces; however, I can often make something similar but never the same since I want to be respectful to the person who has bought this piece of art.

 

• If, for some reason, you need to return a piece of my work, I am fine with that – I understand how things can change. Please just contact me and send the item back.  Once I receive it, I will refund you the original amount.  It is very important to me that you love the piece of jewellery I have made and that you enjoy it.

 

• I hope you enjoy looking at my work – I am always creating some new pieces and loving the process.
